Turn Word 2008 Notes into a To-Do List
In the Word 2008 Notebook Layout View (View > Notebook Layout View), bring up the Formatting Palette (View > Formatting Palette). Look for the Note Flags section in the Formatting Palette. Select the flag type, type in your reminder or even assign yourself an Entourage 2008 task. Check off your to-dos once the task is complete.

Star Wars fans with visions of a galaxy far, far away can catch the new preview trailer for Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Lucasfilm and Apple announced today that the trailer is available exclusively in QuickTime 3.0 format from Apple's servers. If you have some time on your hands and a fast connection (which may not help, depending on Apple's server load), you can view one of three versions: a 25 MB file measuring 480 by 216 pixels with stereo sound, a 13 MB file measuring 320 by 144 pixels with stereo sound, or an 11 MB file measuring 240 by 128 pixels with mono sound. The movie will open in theaters 19-May-99.
