Separately, Sustainable Softworks announced Continued Care, an optional $25 per year subscription support plan for customers who have not paid for a product or upgrade within the last year (those who have are entitled to free support for one year). The Continued Care program gives subscribers support queue priority for all Sustainable Softworks products (including the just-released entry-level Mac OS X Internet sharing software, gNAT), direct contact with developers, and both email and telephone support.
